"Crimes Against Humanity", Nicholas Stewart, former council to International Criminal Tribunal

Nicholas Stewart was first called to the bar in 1971 . He has been a  Deputy High Court Judge (Chancery Division and Queen’s Bench Division since 1991. In addition to his long career in law, Stewart was formerly the Chairman of the Bar Human Rights Commission (1994–98) in addition to being the former President of the Union Internationale des Avocats (2001–02). He was also lead council to Momčilo Krajišnik, former President of Republika Srpska, a man who found himself tried crimes against humanity on the subject of the former Yugoslavia at the International Criminal Tribunal. In addition to law, Stewart has his own BBC radio show called Series No Further Questions? and is also the Chairman of the Democratic Progress Institute.
